Order Processing & Handling

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Order Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Guidelines & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to our facility (17/25 Hogan Place, Seventeen Mile Rocks QLD 4073, Australia) due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
